The Endowment committee is excited to announce that the new plates are available to order. You may choose from a Color Photo of the Church or a Black and White line drawing of the Church.
You can
receive an anniversary plate through one of two methods. If you have already placed the church in your will, the Endowment
Committee would like to acknowledge your action or intention of remembering the church by
giving you an anniversary plate. We do ask
that you complete a Joseph Yerkes Society form. It
is not a binding agreement rather it is one of your intention to remember the church in
your will. Anyone who chooses to join the Society during the first year will become a
Charter member and also receive a certificate and a black and white sketch of the church. The Joseph Yerkes Society members will meet
annually to be recognized near the anniversary of the church on November 28th. The other method of obtaining a plate is to contribute a minimum of $50.00 to First Presbyterian Church Endowment Funds. The Anniversary plates are on display in trophy case outside of the Chapel. Contact one of the Endowment Committee Members: Gail Cooper John Emmert or Bob Lockwood to make your selection. |
