Stephen Ministry is delighted to announce that Gunar Christensen, Tom Haupt, Jan Weicksel and Genny Young received training to become Stephen Ministers this past summer. Now commissioned, they are available to the congregation members who receive Stephen Ministers. They will be wonderful additions to our Stephen Ministry, and we now have 11 ministers and three leaders. In addition, we are willing to offer training again this fall if at least four people are interested in becoming Stephen Ministers. Please contact Elaine Aron  or Barbara Johnson  if you would like to be trained to become a Stephen Minister. This past summer Stephen Ministry read The Shack as their summer reading, and we are happy to present a program on this novel to the congregation this fall. Please read the book before attending, and look for time and dates in the Sunday bulletin. If you are facing any problem that seems overwhelming, or has you discouraged, confused or stressed out, contact Stephen Ministry. Please call our Referrals Coordinator, Wanda Moon today.
