Endowment Committee

Church Facility

Gifts to the Church, through wills and memorials, have provided  for many improvements and maintenance for the building.  Expenditures have included such items as: office renovations, new office equipment, roof repairs, new exterior columns, painting and class photo framing and mountings.
               

After renovations to the building were completed in 2002 several of the old stained glass windows were refurbished from memorial gifts for members and other bequest funds. They are on display throughout the facility

           Education

College Scholarships are awarded to High School Seniors who apply and have met established criteria in cooperation with the Endowment and the Children and Youth Committees.

Seniors that received scholarships in 2006 include:

Several of our young people have been nominated to receive scholarships to the Chorister's Guild Summer Camp.

Ministries, Music and Community

The Church sponsors several programs that are open to the community such as the Student Art Show and the Northville Public Schools Visual Arts Show in the fall. At Christmas, the Church presents the 'Messiah' and welcomes the entire Northville community. 

In the past several members have contributed funds through the endowment committee to provide musical instruments such as the beautiful Casavant Organ in the Sanctuary in 1990,the Knabe Grand Piano in the Music Center and the Boston piano in the chapel.
